Pauline Forde started her career as a florist, training at the Dessie Banks School of Floristry in Dublin at the age of 16. She worked in the flower industry for many years to follow and became renowned for her work both as an artist and florist. In the years that followed, Pauline experimented with many textures and forms and in 2008 put her creative energy into fashion design and set up her own business designing ladies handmade accessories such as bags, belts and hats and jewellery. As her work took off she spent the next few years working on private commissions and selling her pieces to many high end boutiques in Kildare.

In 2012 her insatiable passion to create, led her back to floral design. Culminating her skills and experience of working with fashion and flowers she set out to create the perfect alternative bouquet to fresh flowers.
In 2012 Heirloom Bridal bouquets was born.
